We hand-check every set to ensure quality and perfection, but if you are not completely satisfied with any non-personalized product you purchased from Bella & Bird due to a defect or craftsmanship, simply return the merchandise within 10 days to receive a replacement or full refund. Personalized products may not be returned unless the error was ours. We want you to be happy.
